Have you ever just needed a pick me up? Or wanted to just listen to someone uplift you with praise and positive words? It is something about someone telling you just how amazing you are. How beautiful you are and you are a winner and you will succeed. This class will be a positive affirmation class which speaks directly to your soul. Positive intentions will spoken over you during your practice. Imagine breathing through tree pose and hearing your instructor tell you that "you are strong, you are powerful, you bring joy to those who cross your path, you will get that raise, that house is yours, Your smile makes others feel warm, etc. A class that will praise you from beginning to end.

What you will need?

A yoga mat, comfortable clothes, water bottle, a positive winning spirit.

Glow with the flow Yoga

Get ready for a night of glow in the dark fun. Come dressed in light to bright colors and glow accessories to glow and flow. We will spend the first 30 minutes using glow paint to decorate our skin to our fancy and then we will flow in the dark. The cost for this event is $22 in advance and $25 at the door. Space is limited so RSVP in advance. Also everyone who attends this event will have the opportunity to be placed in a drawing to win 2 free yoga classes.

Whine Not Yoga

After a hard week of work, Whine not Yoga? Meet me on the Mat presents a fun yet interactive flow with the help of some bubbly. This class will be a gentle yoga flow as we wouldn't want you to make a mess. Come out have some fun, sip on some provided wine or feel free to bring your own. Beer is also welcomed. This class will have the sounds of soulful R&B with some Old Skool hip-hop to get that body moving. The investment cost will be $20. (if you pay through eventbrite there is a fee of $2.09)

*Be sure to come with a yoga mat and your favorite drinking glass as we pour you up some yoga.

*We will however provide cups

*Be sure to put on bug spray as we will flow outdoors

*Be sure to come with your drinking face :)
