After a hard week of work, Whine not Yoga? Meet me on the Mat presents a fun yet interactive flow with the help of some bubbly. This class will be a gentle yoga flow as we wouldn't want you to make a mess. Come out have some fun, sip on some provided wine or feel free to bring your own. Beer is also welcomed. This class will have the sounds of soulful R&B with some Old Skool hip-hop to get that body moving. The investment cost will be $20. (if you pay through eventbrite there is a fee of $2.09)

*Be sure to come with a yoga mat and your favorite drinking glass as we pour you up some yoga.

*We will however provide cups

*Be sure to put on bug spray as we will flow outdoors

*Be sure to come with your drinking face :)
