“As the mind, so the person; bondage or liberation are in your own mind.” If you feel bound, you are bound. If you feel liberated, you are liberated. Things outside neither bind nor liberate you; only your attitude toward them does that.
— The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali ~ Sri Swami Satchidananda

Meet me on the mat is a yoga flow for the everyday human. There is no, "I can't do yoga because I'm not flexible enough" YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE. In this style of yoga we focus on Vinasya flow and connecting mind, breathe and body to the soul of the matter. My objective is to help you ease into asanas with confidence. There is no right or wrong poses. What's more important is are your connecting to your breathe. I help you to take what you learn from the vinasya flow and apply it to your everyday of life. Helping you to reach goals and creating a more calm and balanced lifestyle.

Meet me on the mat is a place to become whole again. With this vinyasa flow, we work to strengthened the body while relearning how to connect the breathe with our minds. ~ Dee Renee

I am a certified yoga sharer with certification for Vinyasa yoga from  Dana Hot yoga 200 hr RYT since 2017. After graduation, I hit the ground  running sharing yoga with as many individuals who were open to it. I  have had the opportunity to share at very nice places with even some NFL  football players, social media influencers and a host of local  magazines and news articles. In addition, I’ve shared yoga at the  African American Museum of Philadelphia for a  3 part youth experience series. I’ve been recorded by lifetime network  for one of their hit shows “Married at first sight” and local colleges  such as Temple University, La Salle University and Cedar Crest college.  Currently I share yoga all throughout the city of Philadelphia as well  as lead baby goat yoga for two different farms.

It is my intent to help you find yourself when practicing yoga. We do that, by going within and exploring our breathing with deep inhalations and exhalations. This also helps to incorporate breathe with body. After you begin a practice your body will thank you and so will your mind. Yoga has the ability to change life circumstances for the better through health wellness and mental stability. I look forward to meeting you on the mat
